Last week we scored pumping surf for over a week thanks to Hurricane Leslie that marinated off the east coast. We really got to surf all types of conditions this swell but the Inlet in Manasquan was the spot that was the most consistent. Luckily this morning I escaped the Inlet shit show and found my own jetty a bit north and finally got some long awaited barrels just as Leslie spun past us and the wind went North and conditions went to shit.
Here’s some photos taken by Joanna O’Shaughnessy on September 9th, 2012 in Spring Lake, New Jersey. Damn I love when the waves get this fun in Jersey!!!

Here it is!!!! The new teaser for People Films upcoming movie Pretty Wise just dropped. Last season I got to work with the People crew and a whole new group of riders and filmers and it turned out really well. Everyone killed it and even though we didn’t have the best winter for snow we all got after it and traveled to country’s like Austria and Canada and made it happen.
Be sure to get your copy of the movie in October when its released and come check out the world premier at Transworld Snowboarding in San Diego September 25th!
Last winter we got dumped on at the Jersey Shore. We received 30+ inches of snow up and down the coast so we headed to the slums of Seaside Heights, NJ for a little jump session in Snooki territory. Luckily no fist pumping Guido’s got in the way during this session.
Here’s some photos of my first film trip of the year with the PEOPLE crew in Alberg, Austria. Getting Er’ Done with head filmer/producer Pierre Minhondo, riders Elias Elhardt, Rusty Ockenden and photographer Jerom Taton. This is my first trip filming in Austria and conditions have been amazing and the scenery is insane. ENJOY!
Mammoth’s team teems with talented tricksters who aim to entertain. We have a blend of Olympians and video-part stalwarts who aren’t just random shredders with some real estate on their boards to slap a sticker on, they rep the crown like it’s their area code because they all live and ride here when they’re not out collecting trophies and stacking footage in the streets and the backcountry.
Local logistics crew Pat Lee, Spencer Cordovano, Jeremy Black and Yancy Caldwell keep the PI compound running smoothly. When they’re not fixing broken cats, filling sleds with fuel and raking the in-runs they’re riding harder than most the visiting pros.
