Mammoth’s team teems with talented tricksters who aim to entertain. We have a blend of Olympians and video-part stalwarts who aren’t just random shredders with some real estate on their boards to slap a sticker on, they rep the crown like it’s their area code because they all live and ride here when they’re not out collecting trophies and stacking footage in the streets and the backcountry.

Local logistics crew Pat Lee, Spencer Cordovano, Jeremy Black and Yancy Caldwell keep the PI compound running smoothly. When they’re not fixing broken cats, filling sleds with fuel and raking the in-runs they’re riding harder than most the visiting pros.
Snowboarders Josh Dirksen, Mike Basich, Spencer Cordovano, Pat Lee and Cory Smith tour into the Williams yurt to ride some isolated Idaho powder.
A legend rolls through. Bjorn Leines rolls out form Salt Lake to see for himself just how much fun is being had in Idaho. Yurt camping missions and three feet of fresh add to the fun.

Last week I got invited to go fish with my buddy Billy Duerr and his dad down in North Carolina in the Outer Banks of Cape Hatteres for the annual Pirate Cove Marlin Tournament! We were fishing on Charlie Duerr’s boat Sea Hag and ended up catching 7 white marlin and 1 blue but it wasn’t quite enough to make it in the top 3 for the Marlin category. We did end up winning the heaviest Wahoo award with a 37.5 pounder!!! I had a great time though and got to surf some small fun waves. Here’s some shots from the trip and hopefully next year will get the big Blue Marlin we were hoping for as well as some bigger swell.

So there’s finally waves on the way and it motivated me to draw some stuff on my surfboards before the swell hits. I decided to put Drunken Popeye on my 6’0 and sexy Fisherman Flamingo on my 5’7. Hopefully they make me surf better:) YEW!!!!! Come on Hurricane EMILY!!! Give us WAVES.
